Tomball Emergency Assistance Ministries Partners With Parkway Chevrolet For Food Drive


The T.E.A.M. Tomball Emergency Assistance Ministries has partnered with Parkway Chevrolet to kick off its annual Thanksgiving food drive Monday. The ministry asks for the community's assistance in collecting food items in order to create Thanksgiving meals for families in need. 

To help, T.E.A.M. is asking for the public's assistance in making sure that no Tomball Resident goes without a holiday meal this season. Businesses, schools, faith-based organizations and other community groups are encouraged to organize food drives throughout the holiday season. Food for the Thanksgiving food drive must be received by Friday, November 22 at 12:00PM.

The food bank is in need of:

·         Macaroni and cheese

·         Canned or packets of gravy

·         Pie crust

·         Chocolate pudding mix

·         Canned pumpkin

·         Cranberry sauce

·         Seasoned stuffing mix

·         Biscuit mix

·         Instant mashed potatoes

·         Canned vegetables (green beans, corn, yams and peas)

·         Canned fruits (pineapple and apple sauce)

·         Pancake mix and syrup

·         Apple juice

·         Shelf-stable milk (32 oz.)

·         Turkey roasting pans


Donations of food items can be dropped off at Parkway Chevrolet located at 25500 State Highway 249, Tomball, TX 77375
